Transforming 5min into a platform for lifestyle, knowledge and instructional videos. In Sep. 2010, 5min was purchased by AOL for $65,000,000 - it was one of our early successes and we’re just as proud of it today.

Way before YouTube got to where it’s at, some time after 5min was launched and turned out to be a huge database of video knowledge, it gave birth to a new concept: "Video is everywhere”. The 5min banner appeared all over the world stating “here too”, symbolizing the endless boundaries of knowledge and the endless opportunities to learn something new.
